Electrostatics – problems
Solving problems is a tool for understanding physics. While visiting this site you can pretend you are in a physics classroom, where a teacher or instructor can help you by answering your questions. You cannot really ask questions here, but the explanations of the problems are constructed in such a way as to answer the questions most frequently asked in the field the problem concerns. The number of problems in electrostatics presented here will grow with time. We are building this physics tutorial in such a way that the rough structure is constructed as fast as time allows and later new details and problems are added.
Problem 1 - Electrostatic force between two particles
Problem 2 - Finding the distance from electrostatic force
Problem 3 - Three electric charges in equilibrium
Problem 4 - Electric charges in equilibrium - 2
Problem 5 - Electric charge and gravity
Problem 6 - Four electric charges in equilibrium
Problem 7 - Calculate maximum elctrostatic repulsion
